Racer's Hive is a unique event venue, villa, and photo location in northern Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, Spain.

Constantly evolving, Racer’s Hive can be customized to meet your specific filming and photography needs.

The villa is situated on a private, fully fenced property, featuring a mock-up racing circuit, two double carports,two wooden double garages/sheds, and a single garage workshop.
One of the double garages is being transformed into a versatile alternative photo studio—ideal for dramatic artistic shoots involving water, color,or other elements that may not be suitable for the main house. The villa itself is further enclosed with a fenced porch area, which includes a large swimming pool, a wooden deck with seating, and a BBQ area.

Interior & Accommodation
The villa boasts windows on all sides, with full-height windows facing south, while the bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking both the east and west.
Inside, there are two beautifully designed rooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom—one featuring a bathtub and the other a floor-level shower. Both bathrooms are accessible from outside through full-height glass doors. The guest room also has full-height windows facing east. Additionally, a separate guest toilet is available.
Shared spaces include a spacious living room with a dining table and sofa, as well as a large, fully equipped kitchen complete with a double-door fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and more.

Outdoor & Location
The villa features a highly photogenic 8x3m swimming pool, approximately 200cm deep. Maintained year-round, the pool is unheated but remains at a comfortable swimming temperature thanks to Fuerteventura’s warm climate.
Located in a peaceful small town in northern Fuerteventura, the villa is just 25km from the airport and the capital, Puerto del Rosario. A bus station, supermarket, and restaurants are within walking distance. The beautiful beaches on the northern, eastern, and western coasts of Fuerteventura are all within a 10km radius.
High-speed 100 MBit Internet with WiFi is provided, and rooms can be locked separately when needed.
Adjancent 1500m² undeveloped property can be used for aditional parking space or to modiifed for specific needs.
